Can't speak highly enough of my stay for 3 nights at Christmas (sorry for delay!). The staff are amazing. So friendly and helpful and attended to any problems straight away. Perfect location for us as near our son.
Great stay at Premier Inn Lewisham. Had a really good stay at the Premier Inn in Lewisham. The room was clean, comfy, and perfect for a good night's sleep. The food was tasty with a nice selection, especially at breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, and a special shout-out to Josephine, who was lovely and made everything easy from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The facilities were excellent, and everything was exactly as described. I would especially like to mention Peter, who made our stay exceptional. He was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. His attention to detail and care for guests really stood out. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
This hotel was booked in for me. The stay was lovely. Area a bit noisy for my taste, but take into consideration I was around on and before the Bonfire Night. Also, coming from outside London, the fact that parking is an issue here, annoys me, but there was plenty of parking availabe at a 3 minutes walk distance - a bit pricey but safe. The room was clean, the food was nice and the bed very comfortable. Quiet during the night and not very busy at the time of my stay. I was at the hotel for 4 nights. All staff members I have interacted with were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Emine( what a lovely name!) was nice and welcoming. Can't comment on the prices as all was pre paid before my arrival. Overall, a nice stay, despite me being her for work and not on vacation. Thank you to all staff members that were on duty during my stay. You are all doing a great job!
Deloris was absolutely incredible. We had a few issues with our hotel room during our stay (waiting for our room to be ready, broken tv etc), and she handled everything with such professionalism, efficiency and genuine kindness. From the moment we spoke to her, she was warm, approachable and completely understanding of the situation. What really stood out was how personable she was; she didn’t just “fix a problem,” she made us feel heard and valued as guests. She kept us updated, reassured us throughout, and made sure everything was resolved properly. It completely changed the tone of our stay for the better. It’s rare to come across someone who balances professionalism with such authentic friendliness, but Deloris does it effortlessly. She is a real credit to the hotel, and we’re so grateful for the way she looked after us. Thank you again, Deloris - you made all the difference!
So great staying at Lewisham Premier inn. New building so everything was modern. Emine was such a great help all throughout my 3 day stay. She checking in on me politely and brought me up a heater when I found the room a bit cold during the night!

Although the room was freezing cold when I first arrived, Emine immediately stepped in and went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. She was incredibly warm, friendly, and reassuring, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine care completely transformed what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. The location is perfect , the train station is near and many amenities. The room were clean and the service was excellent. I would like to mention that the manager was present and very friendly and spoke with me, which is not common. It made the stay more relaxing . The breakfast was very good and such a variety too.
